Product introduction：
MCH6635-TL-E-ON-VB is a small-package, dual-channel P-channel MOS transistor in an ultra-small SC70-6 package, with -20V withstand voltage and -1.8A current capacity. The Trench process enables a low on-resistance of 155mΩ (at 4.5V drive), low power consumption, and fast switching. The dual P+P configuration is suitable for positive and negative power supply switching, load switching, and complementary circuit design. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide range of ±12V, suitable for low-voltage portable devices.
