MCTL170N06Y-TP-VB is a Single N-MOS deeply optimized for low-voltage high-power switching scenarios, using SGT (Shielded Gate Trench) process, achieving an excellent balance between ultra-low on-resistance and switching speed. The TOLL package carries up to 340A continuous current capability in a minimal footprint, designed for high-density, high-current power systems.
