Product introduction：

SISS5812DN-T1-GE3-VB is a small-package, high-current N-channel MOS transistor, in DFN8(3X3) package, with 80V withstand voltage and 51A current carrying capacity. With SGT process, the on-resistance is as low as 9.5mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low losses and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, suitable for various medium-voltage power supply and control scenarios.
