BUK9Q28-80LJ-VB is a compact, high-current N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(3X3) package, featuring 80V drain-source voltage and 51A continuous drain current. With SGT technology, it achieves a low on-resistance of 9.5mΩ (at 10V drive), minimizing heat generation and improving efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, supporting 4.5V and 10V logic levels with a wide ±20V range, making it suitable for various low- and medium-voltage control scenarios.
