TPM1R908QM, LQ-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOSFET in DFN8(5X6) package, with 80V withstand voltage and 180A current carrying capacity. With SGT technology, the on-resistance is as low as 1.9mΩ, offering strong current handling and extremely low heat generation. The gate drive is flexible with a wide range of ±20V, suitable for various medium and high-voltage power conversion scenarios.
