SIR680LDP-T1-UE3-VB is a high-current, ultra-low on-resistance N-channel power MOSFET in DFN8(5X6) package, with 80V withstand voltage and 180A current carrying capacity. Using advanced SGT technology, the on-resistance is as low as 1.9mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in minimal conduction losses and significantly reduced heat generation, suitable for high-power-density applications. A wide gate drive range of ±20V is compatible with various drive circuits, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
