Using advanced SGT technology, the on-resistance is as low as 1.7mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in minimal heat generation and excellent efficiency. It supports multiple drive voltages of 2.5V/4.5V/10V, adapting to various low-voltage and medium-voltage control scenarios, making it an ideal choice for high-performance power systems.
