MCAC3D5N04Y-TP-VB is a high-current, ultra-low-resistance N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with a 40V withstand voltage and 150A current capability. With SGT technology, its on-resistance is as low as 1.09mΩ at 10V drive, resulting in minimal conduction losses and excellent thermal performance. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide range of ±20V, making it suitable for various low-voltage high-current scenarios.
