DMTH4M75SPSW-13-VB is an ultra-low on-resistance, ultra-high current N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 40V drain-source voltage and 250A current capability. Leveraging SGT technology, it achieves an on-resistance as low as 0.8mΩ, resulting in minimal heat generation and extremely high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range, making it suitable for low-voltage, high-power control applications.
