Product introduction：

FDMS7682-NC-VB is a high-current, low-power N-channel MOSFET in DFN8(5X6) package, with 30V withstand voltage and 45A current carrying capacity. With SGT technology, the on-resistance is as low as 4.4mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low loss, low heat generation, and excellent efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide range of ±20V, suitable for various low-voltage, high-current application scenarios.
