TPH4R003NL,L1Q-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-Channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with a 30V withstand voltage and 50A current-carrying capacity. With SGT technology, its on-resistance is as low as 4mΩ (10V drive), resulting in extremely low heat generation and excellent efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range, making it suitable for various low-voltage, high-power application scenarios.
