VBsemi TPCA8036-H is a Single N-Channel MOSFET using SGT technology, designed for medium-to-low voltage, high-current power conversion and high-power-density applications. Its DFN8(5X6) package offers excellent heat dissipation and low parasitic parameters, suitable for compact power modules and high-density PCB layouts. The device provides extremely low on-resistance and high current-carrying capacity within a 30V drain-source voltage range, and its gate drive is compatible with common 3.3V/5V logic levels, facilitating direct system driving and control.
