VBsemi NTMFS4C027NAT1G-VB is a Single N-Channel MOSFET using SGT technology, designed for medium-to-low voltage, high-current power conversion and high power density control scenarios. Its DFN8(5X6) package offers excellent heat dissipation and low parasitic parameters, suitable for applications such as power modules, motor drives, and battery protection that require high thermal performance and reliability. The device provides extremely low on-resistance and high continuous drain current capability within a 30V drain-source voltage range, and its gate drive is compatible with common 3.3V/5V logic levels, facilitating system integration and fast switching control.
