The TPH3R70APL,L1Q-VB is a small-sized, high-current N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 100V withstand voltage and 180A current capability. With SGT technology, its on-resistance is as low as 3.45mΩ, resulting in minimal heat generation and extremely high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range, making it adaptable to various medium and low voltage control and power conversion scenarios.
