FDMS8622-NC-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOSFET in a DFN8(5X6) package, with 100V withstand voltage and 30A current capacity. With SGT technology, the on-resistance is as low as 18mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range and compatibility with 4.5V logic-level drive, making it suitable for various medium-to-high voltage power supplies and motor control scenarios.
