VBsemi TK100A10N1,S4X-VB is a Single N-channel field-effect transistor using SGT technology, designed for medium-to-low voltage, high-current power conversion and high power density control scenarios. Its TO220F fully molded package offers good heat dissipation performance and electrical insulation capability, suitable for high-reliability applications such as industrial power supplies, motor drives, and automotive systems.
