PSMN0R9-25YLC,115-VB is an ultra-low on-resistance, ultra-high current capability N-channel power MOSFET, packaged in LFPAK56, with 40V withstand voltage and 150A continuous current carrying capacity. Relying on advanced SGT (Shielded Gate Trench) technology, its on-resistance is as low as 0.7mΩ (10V drive), resulting in extremely low conduction losses, significantly reduced heat generation, and greatly improved efficiency. The wide ±20V gate drive voltage range is compatible with various drive circuits, making it suitable for high power density, high-current low-voltage application scenarios.
