RD3L08CBLHRBTL-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOSFET in TO252 package, with 60V withstand voltage and 120A current carrying capacity. With SGT technology, the on-resistance is as low as 3.4mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a wide range of ±20V, suitable for various power supply and motor control scenarios.
