VBsemi PHU11NQ10T,127-VB is a Single N-Channel Power MOSFET using Trench technology, designed for medium-to-low voltage power conversion and industrial control scenarios. Its TO251 package offers excellent heat dissipation capability and mechanical reliability, suitable for medium power density PCB layouts.
