SQJA82EP is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOSFET in LFPAK56 package, with 80V withstand voltage and 90A current capability. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 6mΩ at 10V drive and only 7.2mΩ at 4.5V drive, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a wide ±20V range, suitable for various low-voltage control and industrial power supply scenarios.
