SQJ446EP-T1_GE3-VB is a high-current, low-loss N-channel MOSFET in LFPAK56 package, with 40V withstand voltage and 100A current carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 2mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a wide range of ±20V, suitable for various low-voltage switching and power conversion scenarios.
