VBsemi PSMN3R7-25YLC,115-VB is a Single N-channel power field-effect transistor using Trench technology, designed for medium-to-low voltage, high-current power conversion and high-density power management scenarios. Its LFPAK56 package provides excellent heat dissipation and low parasitic parameters, suitable for efficient and compact power stage layouts. The device offers extremely low on-resistance within a 30V drain-source voltage range, while supporting 90A high current output, with gate drive compatible with 4.5V and 10V logic levels for flexible control and system integration.
