PH9030L,115-VB is a small-package, ultra-high-current N-channel MOS transistor in LFPAK56 package, with a 30V voltage rating and 90A current-carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 2.8mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in minimal losses, low heat generation, and excellent efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a ±20V wide range, compatible with various low-voltage drive circuits.
