Product Description
PSMN016-100YS,115-VB is a high-current, low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET in LFPAK56 package, with 100V withstand voltage and 69A current carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 11.6mΩ at 10V drive, resulting in low loss, low heat generation, and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a wide range of ±20V, suitable for various medium-voltage applications.
