BUK9Y153-100E,115-VB is a high-performance, small-package, high-current N-channel MOS transistor, using an LFPAK56 package, with 100V withstand voltage and 69A current carrying capacity. With the Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 11.6mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a ±20V wide range, suitable for various medium and high voltage power supplies and motor control scenarios.
