BUK9Y12-100E,115-VB is a high-performance N-channel power MOSFET, featuring an LFPAK56 package, 100V withstand voltage, and 69A high current carrying capacity. With the Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 11.6mΩ (at 10V drive), resulting in low conduction loss and low heat generation, suitable for high-efficiency power conversion applications. The gate drive range is wide, with ±20V withstand voltage, compatible with various drive circuits, aiding in stable and reliable system operation.
