NP15P04SLG(2)-E1-AY-VB is a high-performance, high-current P-channel MOS transistor in TO252 package, with -40V withstand voltage and -50A current carrying capacity. With Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 12mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide range of ±20V, adapting to various power control scenarios.
