MCU055P10-TP-VB is a high-performance, high-current P-channel MOS transistor, packaged in TO252, with -100V withstand voltage and -40A current carrying capacity. With Trench process, the on-resistance is as low as 33mΩ (10V drive), ensuring low power consumption and low heat generation, suitable for high-side switching and power management applications. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, compatible with various control circuits.
