VBsemi TK290P60Y,RQ-VB is a Single N-channel power field effect transistor belonging to the VBsemi brand high-performance high-voltage MOSFET series. This product uses advanced SJ_Multi-EPI (Super Junction Multi-Epitaxial) technology, exhibiting extremely low conduction losses and excellent switching characteristics in 600V high-voltage applications. The device has a maximum drain current of 15A and an on-resistance of 240mΩ (@VGS=10V), enabling stable operation under high voltage and high current conditions.
