Product introduction：

PMK50XP is a high-performance, low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET, packaged in SOP8, with a -20V voltage rating and -13A current carrying capacity. Enhanced by Trench technology, it offers a low on-resistance of 15mΩ (at 4.5V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible, with a wide ±20V range, making it suitable for most low-voltage load switching and power management scenarios.
