FDS5692Z-VB is a high-performance N-channel power MOSFET in SOP8 package, with 60V withstand voltage and 7.6A current carrying capacity. Trench technology brings low on-resistance, only 25mΩ at 10V drive and as low as 35mΩ at 4.5V drive, effectively reducing conduction loss and improving system efficiency. With a wide ±20V gate drive range, it is compatible with various control circuits, offering flexible and reliable use.
