Product introduction：

UPA1727G-E1-A-VB is a high-performance N-channel power MOSFET in SOP8 package, with 60V withstand voltage and 12A continuous drain current. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 12mΩ (10V drive), combining small package size with low loss, making it very suitable for high-density power conversion and load switch applications. The gate drive range is as wide as ±20V, compatible with 4.5V and 10V logic levels, offering flexible use.
