PMN49EN,135-VB is a small-sized, high-current N-channel MOS transistor in a SOT23-6 package, with 30V withstand voltage and 6A current carrying capacity. With Trench technology, the on-resistance is as low as 26mΩ (10V drive), resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency. The gate drive is flexible with a ±20V wide range, suitable for most low-voltage control scenarios.
