CS6N80FA9R-G-VB is a high withstand voltage, high-power N-channel MOSFET in a TO220F fully molded package, with 850V drain-source withstand voltage and 6A continuous current capability. Based on Planar technology design, it has an on-resistance of 1700mΩ (driven at 10V), offering stable conduction characteristics and good thermal reliability in high-voltage switching applications. The wide gate drive range of ±30V adapts to various high-voltage drive circuits, making it suitable for industrial and power scenarios with high requirements for withstand voltage and safety.
