VBQF2216 is a P-type single-channel power MOSFET in a DFN8 (3x3) package. It is designed based on Trench technology and has a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of -20V and a maximum drain current (ID) of -15A. Its on-resistance (RDS(on)) is excellent, at 20mΩ at VGS = 2.5V and 16mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, which is suitable for high-efficiency switching applications. The threshold voltage (Vthtyp) of this MOSFET is -0.6V, which is suitable for low-voltage applications.
