WST2333-VB is a single P-channel MOSFET in a compact SOT23-3 package for low voltage and high-efficiency power control applications. Its drain-source voltage (VDS) is -12V, the gate-source voltage (VGS) operating range is ±12V, and the threshold voltage (Vth) is -0.8V. This MOSFET has a very low on-resistance (RDS(ON)), which is 40mΩ at VGS=2.5V, 21mΩ at VGS=4.5V, and 18mΩ at VGS=10V.
