WNM2027-3 TR-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

WNM2027-3 TR-VB is a single N-channel MOSFET in SOT23-3 package with a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 20V and a maximum drain current (ID) of 6A. This MOSFET adopts Trench technology, has low on-resistance and small size, and is suitable for small power supply and load drive applications that require efficient current control. Its threshold voltage (Vth) ranges from 0.5V to 1.5V, which enables it to be turned on at a lower gate voltage, suitable for low-voltage drive circuits.
