W232-VB is a bipolar N+N channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for low voltage, high efficiency power management and load driving applications. The gate-source voltage (V_GS) of W232-VB is ±20V, and the gate-source threshold voltage (V_th) is 1.7V, ensuring that it can be turned on at a lower voltage.
