W213-VB is a bipolar N+N channel MOSFET in SOP8 package with 30V drain-source voltage (VDS) and maximum drain current (ID) of 6.8A (high side) and 6.0A (low side). With an on-resistance of 26mΩ (VGS=4.5V) and 22mΩ (VGS=10V), this MOSFET provides low conduction losses and is ideal for applications requiring high efficiency and low power consumption. Its threshold voltage (Vth) is 1.7V, enabling it to turn on at a lower gate-source voltage, further optimizing the power efficiency of the system.
