W211-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

W211-VB is a dual N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, suitable for low voltage and high frequency applications. This MOSFET has a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 20V and can operate at a gate-source voltage (VGS) of ±12V, which is suitable for most low voltage systems. Its threshold voltage (Vth) ranges from 0.5V to 1.5V, which can provide a low switching threshold voltage to ensure low switching losses and high efficiency. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of W211-VB is 26mΩ (VGS=4.5V) and 19mΩ (VGS=10V), respectively.
