W202-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

W202-VB is a bipolar N+N channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for low voltage, high frequency switching applications. It has a drain-source voltage (V_DS) of 20V, suitable for low voltage, low power power management and load drive systems. The gate-source voltage (V_GS) of W202-VB is ±12V, and the gate-source threshold voltage (V_th) is in the range of 0.5V to 1.5V, which can ensure stable conduction at a lower gate voltage. The on-resistance (R_DS(ON)) is 19mΩ at V_GS = 10V and 26mΩ at V_GS = 4.5V, providing lower power loss and higher current carrying capacity (I_D = 7.1A).
