VST010N08HS-VB is a unipolar N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package with 80V drain-source voltage (VDS) and 100A maximum drain current (ID). This MOSFET has very low on-resistance of 9mΩ (VGS=4.5V) and 7mΩ (VGS=10V), making it excellent in high current and high efficiency applications. Its threshold voltage (Vth) is 3V, suitable for applications requiring fast switching and high efficiency.
