VS2622AA-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in DFN6 (2X2) package, designed for low-voltage, high-efficiency applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is 30V and its maximum drain current (ID) is 12A. VS2622AA-VB has a very low on-resistance (RDS(ON)), which is 24mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 20mΩ at VGS=10V, ensuring excellent current conduction efficiency and minimizing power loss during operation.
