TSM2312CX-VB is a unipolar N-Channel power MOSFET in a SOT23-3 package, designed for low-voltage, high-efficiency switching applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (V_DS) is 20V, suitable for low-voltage power management, load switching, signal conditioning and other fields. The gate-source voltage (V_GS) of this MOSFET is up to ±12V, and the turn-on voltage threshold (V_th) ranges from 0.5V to 1.5V, which means that it can start at a lower gate voltage and has a lower on-resistance.
