# Product Introduction:
STW90NF20-VB is a high-performance N-Channel power MOSFET in TO247 package. It has high voltage resistance (VDS 200V) and low on-resistance (RDS(ON) 21mΩ@VGS=10V), which makes it perform well in high-power applications. This MOSFET adopts Trench technology, has excellent switching performance, low conduction loss and high reliability, and is suitable for power management, motor control, inverters, and various high-frequency, high-current power electronic equipment.
