Product Introduction: STN4850-VB MOSFET

STN4850-VB is a high-performance single N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, suitable for medium current and medium voltage power management, switch control and power conversion applications. This MOSFET adopts Trench technology, has low on-resistance and excellent switching characteristics, and is suitable for high-efficiency power supplies and power conversion modules. Its maximum drain-source voltage is 60V, and it can withstand a drain current of up to 7.6A.
