Product introduction:
STM8330-VB is a dual-channel NP channel MOSFET, packaged as SOP8, using Trench technology, designed for power management and power control. This MOSFET is configured as an NP channel structure with a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of ±30V, which can adapt to the power regulation requirements under positive and negative voltage environments. Its gate-source voltage (VGS) is ±20V, and the turn-on voltage (Vth) is 1.6V (N channel) and -1.7V (P channel) respectively. Under different VGS voltages, RDS(ON) is 24mΩ and 50mΩ (VGS=4.5V), and 18mΩ and 40mΩ (VGS=10V). The maximum drain current (ID) is ±8A, which is suitable for medium-power power management and load switching applications.
