STL8NH3LL-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

STL8NH3LL-VB is a single N-type MOSFET in DFN8 (3X3) package with high efficiency and low on-resistance. Its maximum drain-to-source voltage (VDS) is 30V, suitable for low-voltage, high-power density electronic products and power management systems. The on-resistance (RDS(ON)) of this MOSFET is very low, 19mΩ (VGS = 4.5V) and 13mΩ (VGS = 10V), making it extremely efficient in high-current switching applications.
