SSD2013-VB is a dual N-channel MOSFET in SOP8 package, designed for low voltage and high efficiency switching applications. Its maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) is 20V, gate-source voltage (VGS) is ±12V, and threshold voltage (Vth) ranges from 0.5V to 1.5V, which is suitable for low voltage power management and high efficiency switching control.
