SPN6098-VB MOSFET Product Introduction

SPN6098-VB is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET in TO220 package, suitable for a variety of high-efficiency power management and switching applications. This MOSFET has a wide voltage control range (VDS 60V) and a low RDS(ON) value (13mΩ @ VGS = 4.5V, 11mΩ @ VGS = 10V), ensuring excellent efficiency and low conduction losses in high current applications. Its maximum driving voltage is 20V and it has a high current carrying capacity (ID = 60A), which is very suitable for occasions requiring low switching losses and high efficiency.
